This Order brings into force, on 6 April 2012, section 86 of the Water Act 2003 (“the Act”) in relation to Wales so far as not already in force.

Mae'r Gorchymyn hwn yn dod ag adran 86 o Ddeddf Dŵr 2003 (“y Ddeddf”) i rym ar 6 Ebrill 2012 o ran Cymru, i'r graddau nad yw eisoes mewn grym.
