The background to the complaint
1. The complainant applied for Open Competition COM/AD/17/10 which the European Commission launched with a view to recruiting administrators in the field of economics. The European Personnel Selection Office (‘EPSO’) undertook to organise the tests.
2. The complainant sat for the admission tests, that is, the computer-based tests ‘CBTs’, in December 2010.
