This Order makes consequential modifications to primary and secondary legislation in connection with the commencement of provisions of the Wildlife and Natural Environment (Scotland) Act 2011 on 2ndJuly 2012 (article2 and Parts 1 and 2 of the Schedule). The Order also repeals and revokes certain enactments (article 2 and Parts 3 and 4 of the Schedule).
