Draft Regulation on electronic identification and trusted services for electronic transactions in the internal market
The proposal for a Regulation “on electronic identification and trusted services for electronic transactions in the internal market” was adopted by the Commission on 4th June 2012. The proposal will now go through the ordinary legislative procedure for its adoption by co-decision of the European Parliament and the Council.
