Cedefop presents its findings at opening conference of European Year of Active Ageing and Solidarity between Generations

Cedefop studies how guidance and training can encourage older people to stay on at work – and how the workplace can make the best use of their skills and experience. It is presenting its findings at the Danish Presidency conference launching the Year of Active Ageing on 18-19 January.
